Sometimes I wonder why my upstairs neighbors have 3am dance parties

Hi!

So, my upstairs neighbors seem to be very… energetic. They’re not exactly really loud, they just stamp around their apartment. At odd times. In odd ways.

It means that sometimes, I wonder why my neighbors are apparently having 3:00am dance parties at 3am. Or 10:30pm. Or 4 in the morning.

The rest of the time, I just accept it.

When the pondering does happen, I’m actually sometimes tempted to see if they’re even human. (I live in a pet-friendly place. It doesn’t sound like a dog, but you never can tell.)

But then I’d know. And that defeats the fun. Right now, I can speculate about their dance parties.

If I were to find out that it’s just for the sake of exercise, that would be so much more boringer.

“Boringer”?

Yes.

Hush.

Anyway. So, yep. Conundrums. I think I’ve pretty much decided not to ask. After all, I can always change my mind in that direction. But I wouldn’t be able to go back, after I’ve asked. Or even found out who they are.

Yup. Fun times.

Happy Sunday!

Oatmeal-Chocolate-Chip are to me what Oatmeal-Raisin are to others

Hi!

I think we can conclusively determine that I’m a bit weird.

“A bit”? And did you only just discover this?

Well, no. And yes. In reverse order. I wouldn’t want to claim too much weirdness, since I’m not sure I’m worthy of the title.

But anyway. Yeah.

So, I’ve been seeing a lot of discussions about cookies recently. Specifically, cookies that have an oatmeal base. And I’ve confirmed that I am definitely not the norm.

You see, most people are really disappointed when their “chocolate chips” in oatmeal cookies end up as raisins.

For me, it’s the other way around. I grab the oatmeal cookies expecting there to be dried fruit of some sort. Whenever the “fruit” ends up as chocolate chip, that’s really disappointing.

Like, really. Oatmeal cookies should have a bit of tartness (from dried fruit) and LOTS of cinnamon. And preferably not the chocolate.

Chocolate chips should go in non-oatmeal cookies. THEN they’re excellent!

So, yep. I am one of the only people I know who gets disappointed when oatmeal-“raisin” cookies are actually oatmeal-chocolate-chip.

Have a lovely day!

You too can now poke a unicorn in the eye to de-stress!

Hello!

I am not going to ask. I am not going to ask. I am NOT going to as-

You ok there, Fluffy?

I am NOT going to ask about that title. Really. I am NOT.

Ah.

Well, that’s fine! I’m going to explain it anyway.

…GAH!

GOOD BYE FOR TODAY!

…Ok! Bye!

Anyway.

Somebody on Facebook shared a video of how to make a unicorn decompress balloon thingy. And part of the instruction video included poking the thing where the eye had been painted.

It’s actually kinda pretty. Go watch it. And then make one. And if poking the unicorn in the eye helps you de-stress, enjoy the de-stressful-ness!

Somebody thought it was a good idea to create a “Squeaky Cat Organ”

Greetings, readers!

For some reason I do not entirely understand, somebody thought it would be a good idea to create an “organ” (as in, the musical instrument) out of Squeaky Cats (as in, toys that “meow” when you squeeze them.)

Then the person decided to play “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” on it.

The result is remarkable.

Huh, reminds me of the final result in the “Music Battle” I shared about a while ago!

Indeed.

Well, readers, I wish you a happy Wednesday.

MORE Star Wars Celebration stuff!

Hello!

As a continuation of Star Wars Celebration Stuffs…

Apparently, a young girl went dressed as Jyn Erso. Complete with lovely replica Death Star Plans. And she handed them out to anyone she saw dressed as Leia.

There’s a nice article about her, with some fun pictures. So, enjoy! Happy Tuesday!

A favorite blog has some fun Star Wars Celebration stuffs!

Hi!

I know I’ve mentioned one of my favorite blogs (EPBOT) to you before. But it’s been a while. And Jen, the author, is doing a fun set at the moment.

You see, Star Wars Celebration happened recently by her. And she went to it. And she went to that. In a fantastic costume. And it apparently went over well.

She also got some lovely pictures, and shares them. So, go check them out!

Happy Monday!

This has been getting stuck in my head, so here it is again

Hi!

So, Question: what happens when you take a commercial jingle designed to be an ear-worm, combine it with other commercial jingles designed to be ear-worms in a lyrical way, and turn the whole mess into a well-done YouTube video?

Answer: It gets stuck in viewers heads. Repeatedly. For more than a year.

(But it’s still well-done, and so worth sharing again.)

Happy Sunday!

Unicorn Frappuccinos are a thing…

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Hi!

So. I had been totally unaware of this… But apparently, Starbucks has been / is selling a “Unicorn Frappucino” for a limited time. (Today is the next-to-last day to get one.)

And there have been some rather hilarious reviews. In part because the baristas (baristos?) seem not to like making it.

What especially has me confused is that it’s a frappuccino… but it doesn’t have any coffee. SO, I mean, what’s the point of calling it a Frap?

Anyway. Happy Saturday!

cellphones are pretty amazing these days

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Hi!

So, I was originally going to post about how fantastic phones are. Because I’m writing this post from my phone (because my stupid internet isn’t working). And then my phone must have realized I was about to say something nice about it, because then it decided to go back to itis irritating self and give me autocorrect issues that aren’t fixable due to the clicker thingy being obnoxious.

So, interpret this post however you will.

Happy Friday!
